Project “Strengthening the Organizational and Human Development of Sociedad Católica San José”

- This area of work began as a project for organizational development and institutional strengthening, aimed at capacity-building of the institution’s starff, improving documentation practices, learning mechanisms and the access to knowledge and the exchange of experiences in SCSJ, thus contributing to a greater impact of the social changes towards and for the children and adolescents. There has also been a focus on developing organizational competencies and human talent, with interventions in three components:

- Development of organizational processes, consolidating the social intervention models and the methodologies to be used.
- Organizational Climate and Culture, improving Human Resource Management in terms of human capital, performance and work satisfaction.
- Training in document systematization and filing processes with a view to consolidation thereof.
