Project “Strengthening the Organizational and Human Development of Sociedad Católica San José”

History
This area of work began as a project for organizational development and institutional strengthening, aimed at capacity-building of the institution’s starff, improving documentation practices, learning mechanisms and the access to knowledge and the exchange of experiences in SCSJ, thus contributing to a greater impact of the social changes towards and for the children and adolescents. There has also been a focus on developing organizational competencies and human talent, with interventions in three components:
  1. Development of organizational processes, consolidating the social intervention models and the methodologies to be used.
  2. Organizational Climate and Culture, improving Human Resource Management in terms of human capital, performance and work satisfaction.
  3. Training in document systematization and filing processes with a view to consolidation thereof.
